Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Lorem account and account data from inside the app where available, or by contacting support@lorem.gg.

Account deletion is intended to remove or de-identify active account records and user-generated content tied to your account, subject to legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, and backup limits described in our Privacy Policy.

If the account deletion option is available in your app version, open Lorem, sign in to the account you want deleted, go to account or privacy settings, and choose the account deletion option.

Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. You may need to re-authenticate so we can verify that the request is coming from the account owner.

If you cannot access the app or the in-app deletion option is unavailable, email support@lorem.gg from the email address associated with your Lorem account.

Use the subject line 'Account deletion request' and include enough information for us to identify the account. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card numbers, government IDs, or unnecessary sensitive information.

We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Account-data deletion can delete or soft-delete active account records, profile settings, sessions, messages, memories, memory observations, memory candidates, character access records, affinity records, session summaries, document extractions, media assets, image generations, and related active records where technically available and legally permitted.

You can also manage or forget memories, delete conversations, and remove media or generated items in the app where those controls are available.

Some data may be retained when needed for legal obligations, tax, accounting, app-store requirements, chargebacks, refunds, subscription records, fraud prevention, security, abuse prevention, legal defense, support history, audit logs, diagnostics, aggregated analytics, or backups.

Backups may persist for a limited period after operational deletion and are removed or overwritten through normal backup cycles.

We process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Some systems, providers, app stores, or backup cycles may take longer to reflect deletion.

If you have an active app-store subscription, deleting your Lorem account does not automatically cancel that subscription. Cancel subscriptions through the app store or provider that manages the purchase.
